[QLab] FW 410 and a Hotkey Issue

 From the way you describe it, I don't think this could be a QLab  
issue.  There's really nothing fancy going on with the keyboard code.   
If a key comes in, it fires.  If not, it doesn't.  I don't think  
there's anything in there that could make that sometimes not work.    
My bet is still on a bad keyboard, operator error, or some other  
external factor....

I'll double check, of course.  (I know it's no fun to have the  
software author claim "not my fault!", 'cause so often it is our fault.)
