Hi Ricardo,

This is a really great question--I love your idea of using a web cam  
to periodically change the image.

You can hit the the "Refresh Targets" toolbar button to do it by hand,  
but there's no automated way to do it within QLab yet.

Luckydave's suggestion about looking into Quartz Composer is a good  
one.  I'm not enough of a QC expert to point you to exactly where  
you'd want to look, but it's definitely worth looking in to.

I'll file this idea away as something that needs to be supported in an  
automated way.
