[QLab] remote midi control

OSX has the IAC bus that will route MIDI between applications, you
just need to make sure that the IAC device is online in the Audio
MIDI setup utility. Q-lab sees it just fine as does midistroke,
though midi stroke seems to only want to read from one source at a
time, os it would limit your remote control options.
