[QLab] License failure

I am setting up our theatre to run Qlab (we tech a show tomorrow... Ugh!)
and have purchased three enhanced audio licenses and two pro video licenses.
The first pair of licenses (one audio, one video) installed fine on my
PowerBook G4 a couple weeks ago and still works well. However, the second
pair of licenses don't work when I try to install them on a new iMac. I get
a window that says "License Installation Failed: Sorry, this license file
was invalid, expired, or for a cue type that you do not have installed." I
purchased both sets of licenses on the same day from my PowerBook, but only
installed the first set on my PowerBook. I double checked to make sure I
didn't try to re-install the first set of licenses on the iMac, and I
"installed" all the cue types that come up in the install/update cues
window.
The same thing happens when I try to install a third enhanced audio license
on a MacBook. I just purchased that license this evening from the MacBook.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Bryan
