[QLab] sound cue group level change

They are grayed out by default because there are no default final  
levels for a fade.  It wasn't clear what a "default" fade would be,  
so by default a fade does nothing.

Odd...I just tried it and it worked on this end.  Double check maybe?

First click on the knobs or sliders you want to activate, and they'll  
"light up" to indicate they're live.  Then adjust them up or down the  
relative amount you want to fade the group.  e.g. Click on the master  
and drag it to -10 db and you'll fade the whole group down -10 db  
from where ever it started at.
