[QLab] sound group cue level change

I generally avoid the group cues because I don't understand them.  
However I like that they are there incase I need them. I think it  
just needs to be explained better, or I need to experiment with it. I  
also think a lot of people coming from SFX avoid it since there is no  
direct correlation.
