[QLab] Optimizing Video Cues on MB

Joel,

The best I can do with the intel integrated graphics is 480p on a  
800x600 display.  I have no problem fading between two 480p movies in  
photo-jpeg without soundtracks.  I don't think you'll be able to do  
much better than that.
