[QLab] Optimizing Video Cues on MB

Hello Everyone,

I'm working through a video-intensive production on a MacBook  
(unfortunately) and am wondering if anybody has any tips to maximize  
graphics performance during playback. I'm running dual monitor, and  
find that if I run the projector at 800x600 and my main display at  
640x480, I can squeeze a very good frame rate out of the Integrated  
Graphics.

Does anybody have any advice on codecs, display settings, etc that  
will improve frame rate? Right now I'm using h.264 mp4.
