Chris,

Do the movie's have audio tracks?  Are you still playing .wav files  
also.  Anyways, you should be able to do this.  I have a test setup  
with 720p photo jpeg movies, and the workspace i used that Chris and  
I have both tested.  If you contact me off list, I will send you a  
link, and you can download and test your hardware.  I (and I assume  
Chris) used the internal drive for this test.  Let me know.
