[QLab] Video Fade Stutter

I have tried the internal hard drive and an external firewire 800 hard drive, same results. When I look at activity monitor, the processor looks like it is getting hit hard. I think h.264 would be more prossessor intensive... I have tried several codecs, and they all stutter. You think it might be my hard drive not keeping up, and not my processor?

Are you using an internal or external video drive for the HD content?? If it is the internal drive you may want to try an external driver or use a higher compression than photo-jpg such as h.264.
