Relative fades are AWESOME if used judiciously.  What a relative fade  
does is not set a target level and fade to it, but a fade level  
"Relative" to where it currently is.  So, start a cue at -30, and use  
a relative fade to +5, and you actually get -25 (-30 + +5).  If you  
later need to bring up the entire length of the cue, change the -30  
to -27, and the fade goes with it.

Also incredibly useful in Group cues, as you can fade the entire  
bunch of audio up and down with a single cue.
