[QLab] Freeze

Probably not a QLab problem itself but...

I've had my first major failure. My MacBook Pro totally froze in the middle
of a show and I missed cues while it was rebooting.

The only odd thing I've noticed is:

In the kernel log which looks very suspicious.

For reference I'm using an MOTU Ultralight with the latest firmware and
driver version 1.4.3.
