[QLab] Motu 828

I'm embarrassed to bring this up, but desperation can make one bold:

I've been using v.1.0.3 - the free one - on show for a while now, and  
love it (yes, I know I should upgrade).  Up until now, I've just used  
the built-in stereo output on my Mac iBook G4.  Now, I'd like to  
output through my Motu 828.

Can I do this?

Oh, by the way, to submit myself to further embarrassment, I should  
say that load-in is tomorrow. (Show doesn't open until Friday, so  
there's some wiggle room.)

I've come as far as installing the 828 v.2.5 software, but it tells  
my I have no output or input settings (though it will play alert  
sounds through the 828.  Then when I go to Q Lab, it still only  
outputs through the internal speakers, and I still only have 2 output  
channels in the Master Levels.  The original soundbites are stereo.

So, is part of it that if the input is only two channels, the output  
will only be two?
