Menu Meters and infact almost any non Apple program which put something in
the status bar use Unsanity Menu Extra Enabler in order to do what they do.

Personally I wouldn't let anyting written by Unsanity anywhere near my

On my system is has a real size of 20MB which is tiny for today's bloated
applications. The virtual size (of 300MB) has very littled to do with the
price of fish.
