[QLab] Video Cross Fades Up/Down

Hi Andrew,

Not sure if you got my initial questions about this yesterday  
afternoon, but they were:

Some initial diagnostic questions:

- What is the resolution of the final output display device (e.g.  
projector)
- What is the resolution of the source media
- How many media files are playing simultaneously
- Have previous cues been stopped when they are no longer needed

And an added one:

- Is the video cue up to date
