[QLab] Video Cross Fades Up/Down

Previously, all videos were .mov, with crossfades already a part of  
the movie.  Used AfterEffects to group stills into .mov files with  
crossfades.  So all video media was .mov files.  Fades in movies were  
fine, but the crossfades from file to file, was jerky/not smooth.
