[QLab] More than 8 outputs in patch

Had trouble putting an 01V96 with 8 ports then adding another 2 port midi
interface in the patch window. Qlab would only show 8 ports, so I couldn't
make patches for the 10 MIDI outputs that I wanted. The 01V wouldn't allow
me to remove ports in Audio/Midi setup. I could re-order things via A.M
setup so the 2 port interface showed up first, and I didn't actually need
all 8 01V ports, so it was a workaround, but what if I did want to patch to
more than 8 ports?
