[QLab] Just kept "go"-ing

Hi...
First time using the program in an intensive musical (where all the music + sound effects are played via QLab). I LOVE the program and find it is very intuitive and I can get cues placed [more] correctly the first time.
The program was very reliable through tech except when I tried to print the cuelist to a shared printer that was unplugged, causing QLab to become unresponsive (everytime the PB op hit go, we just got the "error" sound). Fixed it with a restart.
Now that the show is open, we've had 4 very sucessful shows with nary a glitch, until today when the PB op hit go and the cue went, as well as the next cue shortly after that, and the next, and the next and so on. She hit ESC a couple of times, but it apparently took a few seconds to stop everything. (all in all about 10 seconds of madness). Then the show finished the 1st act with out problem. I restarted the system during intermissiion, changed out keyboards in case the space bar was hanging, and for the heck of it, repaired disc permissions (I know that probably wouldnt fix anyting, but it was all I could think of.) Second act went well except for one fade cue just dumped the level without fading.
Any experiences with unwanted multiple go's?
If it helps, I have a Quicksilver 867 / 1GB of ram, with Echo Gina PCI Card (love it) and a Miglia Harmony Audio FW card. Running OS 10.4.10
As a side note... and it may have been covered before in the list: I'd like to be able to build my programming on one machine, and be able to transfer the show to another machine. I've had problems with QLab not being able to locate cues if the folder or drive name changes. Will there eventually be a search function? I actually havent tried this for several months and there may very well be such a thing now.
I really appreciate all you have done to further the art of sound design for those of us who just want to make a good show and to use a Mac to do it.
