Regarding the patch swap idea, if I were to set up the show like  
that, would I be able to copy the preferences file patched for  
"Spanish", and then change the preferences and save that as  
"English", and then have an Automator script copy the appropriate one  
to the right place/name to be the real preferences file that QLab  
sees? (And, if so, what file would that be?)

I'm just looking for a way to make it as simple as possible for when  
I've got a sub in (or when I'm in a hurry!), and a "choose which show  
to run" automator script is a lot safer than having to go into  
preferences and repatch every show, y'know?
