Or simpler than that is to build it under one workspace.  Cues 1 thru  
60 is the english show, cues 61 thru 120 are the alternate language.   
Any changes could be copied and pasted from one cue to the other.   
This could become problematic if cues go away or get added but that  
would be fairly easy to deal with.
