Interesting scenario!  I think the closest we can get you to what  
you're asking would be:

When you're building the children's show cue list, use Start Cues to  
refer to cues in the adult show list that you want to re-use.

You could also try using copy and paste a lot, but that seems more  
error-prone.

Maybe someone else will have a better idea...
