[QLab] Surround Sound problems continued

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I'm opening a show!
So, I still am not getting stereo out of my LS/RS output from the Firewave. I get sound but it's mono. In the inspector it's on channels 5/6. It's weird but I can adjust the volume on 5 and it changes the volume of both speakers (left/Right). channel 6 is odd. I can adjust the volume only if 5 is up (???). It seems to affect both speakers. I'm using MP4's. I'm running a cable (mini 1/8" plug) out of the Firewave and Y'ing it out to two Mono 1/4" plugs that plug into channels A and B on the Amp. Can this be the problem?

Thanks for any help you can give.
