[QLab] Only two outputs are enabled

We've had pretty good luck with a 2408 MkII here using a PCI324 card,
able to address all of the analogue outs and the digital ones as
well. It might be a driver issue though, MOTU does do some funky
things on occasion. I'll check tomorrow what version we were using.
It is also worth checking the settings in the MOTU PCI console
application to make sure that you have the analogue/digital I/O
turned on for applications to use.
