[QLab] MIDI Implementation

Hello All,

I'm missing a few features in the midi cue implementation of QLab. I feel we
could really do with the ability to fire multiple events, say up to 6, in a
single cue line and MOST importantly be able to audition those events
individually in the inspector window, perhaps with a simple FIRE button next
to each event, and without having to run the cue itself.

Any thoughts folks?
