[QLab] Can't find interface

Production week, I¹m  goofy and must be forgetting something simple.  How do
I get my Audiofire 8 output channels to appear in the inspector?  It used to
work and now it doesn¹t.  The Mac seems to see the Audiofire and I have
updated the drivers.  What am I missing?
