[QLab] Cue audio, video & midi @ random w program changes on footswitch

Thanks for the info!

Without being able to have a typical midi implementation as well as not
being able to have midi files (program changes, bank select etc) "play" out
to external gear, I'm kinda dead in the water with Qlab.  I'll take myself
off the email list and take a look down the road when it comes together.
