[QLab] sound codec recomendation?

Anything with compression is more expensive for decoding than those  
without.

Thus, go with Linear PCM (pulse code modulation).  That's the most  
basic, uncompressed representation of audio data in digital form.   
AIFF is actually using linear PCM encoding.
