[QLab] Editing in external programs

I noticed when editing an effect in Audacity that when I exported the new
wav file from Audacity and overwrote the old one Qlab continued to reference
and play the old file. The only way to get QLab to notice the new file was
to quit QLab and restart it.

I suspect this is due to Audacity unlinking the old file (which QLab still
has a file handle to) and opening a new file with the same name rather than
opening and truncating the original file.
