And what is the definition of the cue you're "sitting in"?    :)

I'm happy to be proved wrong, but I think this logical progression  
hits a dead end in one or two more steps.



Put another way, there is by construction only a single playback  
position in the cue list--the one single cue that will be fired next  
when the cue list is triggered.  By contrast there may be many active  
cues in the cue list.

In my humble opinion, using some algorithm to select one or more of  
the most recently played cues is way weird, and having an option to  
change what the selection of the cue list *means* is asking for  
serious trouble.  :)

On the other hand, that isn't to say that your operator would not be  
helped by a stronger visual demarcation of the running cues.  (Which  
is really, after all, the main characteristic of the selection--it  
makes the selected cue pop out as the item of interest.)  If you  
haven't already, I would suggest checking out the new "color rows"  
option introduced in the last release.  It's available in the general  
preferences.
