[QLab] QLab and Live video

Summary is that you can hack it okay now using a special Quicktime  
movie generated from Quartz Composer, but it's a bit finicky.

To do it properly we'll need a Quartz Composer Cue.

I have been working on a Quartz Composer Cue this week and hope to  
have it available for testing relatively soon.
