After more testing, I saw this on 10.4.8 as well, so this is a
separate issue. May be related to the previously reported wonkiness
with this format.

I haven't received more information from Michael about this
particular problem he's seeing, but if it is a QLab bug it was almost
certainly there in the previous version of the cue. (There ended up
being only about 5 lines of code that changed to fix the 7.1.5 issue,
and those would not have affected anything that Michael describes
above.)
I'm certainly going to actively investigate Michael's report, but for
the purposes of fixing the 7.1.5 issue I have released version 1.0.1
of the Video Cue with the fix in place.
