[QLab] Update: Video Cue with QT 7.1.5

Hi All,

I've been pounding away at this since last night and I am cautiously  
optimistic that I have found a fix.

I am continuing to test it, but I wanted to make it available for you  
to test if you so desire:

So far it appears to work properly on:

10.4.9 with QT 7.1.5
10.4.8 with QT 7.1.5
10.4.8 with QT 7.1.3

One caveat: it appears that with some compressed formats such as  
MPEG1 playback can still stall for up to a second when the cue  
begins.  It is not clear to me if this is a separate Quicktime bug or  
something I will also be able to fix.  So far, however, it appears to  
work correctly on MOV, AVI, etc.

Apple is, as usual, keeping quiet about whether they have an update  
planned that will address the problems many developers are seeing.  I  
am proceeding based on the assumption that 7.1.5 is the version we'll  
have to deal with for awhile.

I am very interested in the results of any testing you may do.
