Hi Matt,

You seem to be asking two different things...

If you want to move all the faders in a single cue, then yes, right  
now it's the clunky group method.

If you want to change a level for every sound cue in your workspace,  
then it sounds to me like you're asking about the global level  
adjustments which are available with the Enhanced Audio license.   
With that upgrade you can go to the sound cue preferences and click  
"edit device" and adjust the output channel or master volumes for  
every sound cue in the workspace in a global way:
