That is very clear, thank you.  However, based on that what do you make of
this:  our wind cue starts at -25.  When the swell is called a few cues
later, a relative fade of +20 followed by a relative fade of -20 is executed
leaving us back at the starting level.  What happens when we re-execute the
fade without restarting the wind cue is that the fade up never happens, then
the level jumps up and fades back down.
