That doesn't appear to do the trick, but you can bet your butt I'm  
going to be investigating this to see what I need to tweak to make  
this work.

It will not be possible to dynamically set composition parameters  
without a full-fledge Quartz Composer Cue.  (Which is something I do  
plan to make.)
