[QLab] Remote and QLab

I believe he's asking about the little IR remote that comes with most  
Macs these days.  AFAIK, it only works with iTunes and FrontRow.  But  
check out apps like Sofa Control or mira, you can DL these on  
Versiontracker.  I haven't monkeyed around with them, but they appear  
to allow you to control other apps with the remote.

My only thought about this is that the Apple remote is line-of-sight,  
so it might not work too well if the machine you're trying to trigger  
is in a booth or something.

I prefer to just create a wireless VNC connection between my lappie  
and my Mini which runs QLab.
