[QLab] new video betas

Video ReStart Bug:

1) Play video clip in Qlab
2) stop video by hitting Esc or Reset
3) Play the video cue again - the frame that you stopped on will flash up 
before the cue starts playing from the start of the file again.

This does NOT happen if the Inspector Video Preview (Settings tab) is being 
shown for that cue in question.

So you will get the restart bug if the Info tab is active, or the Inspector 
is showing another settings for another Cue (sound file etc).
