[QLab] video cross fades - wha?

dFor pretty much all the formats you where talking about, you limit at 
hi-res is going to be about 10-15m befrore degredation occurs, depending 
on cable and connector quality.

A decent booster such as a P2/DA2 can boost RGBHV or VGA to about 100m.
