[QLab] video fade broken with qt 7.1.6?

Hello All,

We have a sequence of about 10 still image JPGs that fade in and out.  All are set to auto continue after about a 
4 second post wait.  However randomely some of the images show up as white boxes or do not show up at all.  
Usually running through the whole show once clears out any bugs, but this has been raond at best.  Does 
anyone know if the glitches with using Quicktime 7.1.5 or 7.1.6 still exist? Basically the structure of our cues 
are:

video que with image file 
fade in que 
fade out que

video que 2 with image file
fade in que
fade out que
