Unfortunately no.  That's the problem right now is that stopping the  
Quicktime movie that is playing the Quartz file does not release the  
camera (as one would expect it to), so other cues can't use it.  As  
far as I know this is a bug/oversight in the QTKit.

Totally sucks, I know.  I'm very much looking forward to having the  
time to make a cue that allows this to work properly....
