That's what procmail and MUAs that know about mailing lists such as mutt are
for.

More usefully on MacOS and for people who don't want to use a text mode MUA
you can use a smart folder in Mail.app which just displays things with
[Qlab] in the Subject line (or whatever prefix the particular list uses).

You can do this in things like ThunderBird as well.

Just as long as real email address are at least as obscured in the RSS feed
as they are in the mailing list archives I can't see the harm.
