[QLab] MIDI and System Exclusive commands

It looks like a good work around. If this was for professional  
theatre, I'd be all over it. But $750 makes it hard to swallow. With  
the community theatres that I work for, I can bring in a student tech  
assistant to push the go button for the next 3 or 4 shows, have  
someone for grunt work and use it as a teaching experience as well.   
I'm still going to bookmark this as it may be the ultimate cure for  
Avenue Q come next spring.
