[QLab] How did you set up your redundant system?

We recently did a show with a video component that was key to the show.  We
ran the show off a G5 with a mac mini as backup.

We split midi from our DM2000 where the user defined keys were providing
control for QLab.

Video out went into a switcher so if the primary went down for any reason,
we could quickly switch to the backup.  The video cues on the backup were
delayed 5 seconds so if we did have to switch, there wouldn't be any gaps.
