[QLab] MIDI and System Exclusive commands

In my head, I see it as an extension of the MIDI cue. A check box and
work space at the bottom of the inspector where I could type in the
Hex codes needed. I would default the SysEX F0 and F7 to begin and
end and just let the user enter the manufacturer ID and the codes.
