[QLab] MIDI and System Exclusive commands

It is old enough that I think it has issues with just pushing the Go
button. I'll re-read the manual and call NSI. It can send MIDI output
to a disk and use an RS232 port, but for input, only SysEx messages
will work with the unique ID etc.
Is wishful thinking. I don't have to use this board until next summer
so there's time to see if something can be developed. We're doing
Avenue Q in 2008 and I'd like to be able to integrate everything as
there is video, sound and lights in this production. It'll be the
most complex show we've attempted in this theatre. Not having to
call 3 sets of cues would be _really_ nice.
