Hi Dan- There is not a way to guarantee sync between (any) two cues.   
Of course, if the designer wants them in sync, he could always just  
put them into the same file, but that would of course fail to take  
advantage of using two hard drives in parallel.

FWIW, although there are no guarantees, I believe Marc Ray has done  
some tests on a Mac Pro with a number of HD video cues that all  
remained in sync--Marc?
