[QLab] Echo AudioFire12 and a few other questions.

That issue was a single time issue.
As I recall, it WOULD reset the sample rate every power up/down of
the AudioFire, but I am not sure about this, and whether it was power
up/down or connection to a computer. I suspect it was Power Up/Down.
It defaulted to 44.1 kHz as I recall.
