[QLab] Echo AudioFire12 and a few other questions.

Gareth,

I did a show in the spring using an Echo AudioFire8 and it was fine.

The one issue I had with the AudioFire was that by default, it would  
patch through Input 1 to output 1, In 2 to Out 2, and so on (this was  
the first time it was used). Once you adjust the levels in the  
internal matrix using Echo's software, it's all good.
