You probably need to install a CoreAudio Driver for the 002 hardware which
may not be installed by default.

If you are also using ProTools on the same computer then you probably didn't
check the box to install them when you installed ProTools.

If you are not using ProTools then a "Standalone Driver" can be downloaded
from DigiDesign see

DO NOT install the standalone driver if you are using ProTools on the same
computer as it will lead to problems.
