that's what I said.  Fades and start times programed into QLAb.

I would rather not complicate QLAB with live operator functions other  
than GO. Half the point of SFX programs is to allow a designer to  
achive the sound design no matter who the operator is.   IMO live  
functional panning is best left to the mixing console or controller.

$4000 for a decent controller is pretty cheap.
